The ombudsman at the Ministry of Science, Culture & Sport (Israeli Bridgehead Organization representing the EU ERA-MORE project in Israel) was officialy appointed by the Israeli government and is charged with representing the interests of the public by investigating and addressing complaints reported by individual citizens.
